Hi, I'm Hank Palacio and I am loving the life I'm living in Glynn County, Georgia, specifically on St. Simons Island! I began my Real Estate career in Suburban Philadelphia 30 years ago and have been sharing my enthusiasm for matching individuals to the perfect property locally for the last 20 years. I love this community and I believe it represents one of the best investments you can make in a southern coastal setting.
I was captured by the charm of The Golden Isles over yearly visits spanning more than a decade to participate in an amateur golf tournament. The trip became a tradition and then the tradition a dream realized, of living in this Island paradise. The wonderful temperate climate, plush foliage, controlled development, wildlife, did I mention the many varied, convenient golf courses, great fishing, Community support for the Arts, and the proximity of all areas to the beach are some of the many reasons that make this a stellar location.
I am an active member of the Golden Isles Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors, I have received multiple year awards for high sales' performance, and have been involved in the Buyers' Agent Council. I appreciate the continuing education requirements for licensing in the Real Estate field... I am a professional who wants to stay ahead of the market.
But, first I had to enjoy a sense of humor. I am the 5th (and last) child in my family. I was too young to remember the conversation, but I was named Henrietta after my father, Henry. I have often answered the phone in my business career to hear, "I would like to speak to Hank." "This is Hank." "Umm, no, I would like to speak to, Hank." I am a woman who knows that you need to match your professionalism with an ability to engage a client to better know what they are truly searching. This saves a great amount of their time.
I am the proud mother of 3 grown children, grandmother to 5 and our entire family lives close which is such a pleasure. I enjoy tennis, biking, walking, gardening, and cooking. Occasionally I arrange parties for my friends.
St. Simons Island and our surrounding communities have so much to offer business professionals, growing families, and as a retirement choice, to accord the greatest quality of life.
