Golf & Tennis Resort is an 800 acre resort residential community nestled in the heart of Saint Simons Island, one of Georgia's
most beautiful Golden Isles. Sea Palms Realty, Inc. offers both short-term and
long-term rentals with rates to accommodate all of your travel needs. Sea Palms guests and owners enjoy access to the resort facilities. Amenities, which are made available, include twenty-seven holes of Championship golf, Clay tennis courts, two large swimming pools, a fitness facility, and ample bicycle paths. All of the rental units are privately owned, and thus decorated to the owners' varying tastes, but Sea Palms Realty, Inc. goes to great lengths to assure that our rental properties have the highest quality furnishings, complete linen and house ware packages, and those little extras that can make a house a home. Furnished units are generally rented with rates inclusive of utilities. A lease and security deposit are required on all rentals, and any lease period less than ninety days carries a 7% Georgia State Sales Tax. |
